Product Introduction:
Techne Industrial Sand Bath Fluidized Bed (IFB-51, IFB-52, IFB-101, IFB-111, IFB-201) is a safe, efficient, and low consumption method for effectively cleaning polymers on systems and components (such as molds, breakers, nozzles, tools, connectors, nozzles, screws, valves, etc.), including plastics, paints, epoxy resins, rubber, adhesives, and other hydrocarbon products (such as oils, liquids, greases, lubricants, and coatings)
Immersed in the Techne sand bath fluidized bed (up to 600 ℃) aluminum oxide environment, it immediately begins to degrade and carbonize, and after flowing out, it degrades as carbon dioxide. This instantaneous heating minimizes quenching time and, as a uniform and constant temperature hot bath, greatly reduces the results of metal fatigue and tool damage. Techne sand bath is compatible with injecting compressed air and inert gases (such as nitrogen or argon) for fluidization. The conventional time range is from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the bath load, temperature, and amount of cleaning material
Application:High performance heat treatment, testing and calibration reaction analysis, tempering, annealing, nitriding, distillation curing exothermic and endothermic reactions, thermal analysis equipment, components and materials.
